Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family located in Waxhaw, North Carolina in finding a long-term nanny for their 12-week old boy and energetic 2-year old girl who loves to act and sing.
This position can start as soon as possible. However, they are willing to wait for the right fit as they are looking for someone to become an extension of their family. They are willing to help relocate an exceptional Nanny if they are not based in North Carolina.
This position is Monday-Friday and guarantees 45 hours per week. The family is offering $20-$25 per hour for a Super Nanny that has three years or more of recent in home Nanny experience with infants and toddlers. Priority will be given to Nannies that speak a second language and or know baby sign language.
They are excited to bring a Nanny into their home that can help guide them in this new and beautiful lifestyle of being parents. They are laid back and kind, but it is important to them that the home is kept tidy, especially after activities and meals with the children. Please note that the mom works from home and the Nanny will need to be open to working as a team if mom is around.
They would like to invite a loving, nurturing, energetic and passionate Nanny that is responsible, proactive and has attention to detail into their lives. They are looking for a Nanny that will help the children communicate their feelings and redirect them in situations that they may be acting out.
They would love for the Nanny to take the children on play dates to My Gym, story time, the playground, the pool in the summer and any other classes that may be beneficial. They also have a full size keyboard so if the Nanny plays piano that is a plus! The family would really like the children to be outside and enjoy nature, music, art, reading books and learning through experience with the Nanny.

Childcare related duties including but not limited to:
- Picking up the nursery
- The children’s laundry
- Sanitizing toys
- Stocking diapers and wipes in the changing area
- Maintaining a clean high chair and eating area
- Loading and unloading dishwasher
- Keeping play areas tidy
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Have three recent years of Nanny experience with infants and toddlers
- be a great swimmer and willing to travel
- be legally permitted to work in the United States
- have a reliable car
- be at least 21 years of age
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
