TRAVEL NANNY 

We understand quality care for your precious cargo is top priority. Whether you are going on a business trip, family vacation, or you just need an extra set of hands our nannies/mannies will provide a safe and entertaining environment for your children.

PET NANNY/MANNY

Pets are family members too, and they require special care and attention. Whether you’re traveling or don’t have enough time to care for your pet, we provide helpful individuals trained in working with pets to keep your furry friends stimulated, trained, exercised, and happy.

Our Packages

We at Family First know that families don’t come in a one-size fits all package. Neither do our services! We intentionally and proudly offer a variety of package options so that your budget, schedule and caregiving goals stay in perfect harmony.

You may have noticed that our logo depicts one of nature’s most adaptable creatures which not only weathers extreme changes but masters them. We applied that same inspiration to our package options and their butterfly-related names. We’re committed to being a supportive and communicative agency that puts families first by remaining consistently adaptive to your changing needs as your family evolves. Buckeye Package
The Buckeye package includes a variety of vetting essentials to ensure that your family feels confident in the reliable caregivers Family First offers. This package costs 10% of the supplied and chosen candidates annual salary and includes:
* 30-day Replacement Period
* Meet and Greet
* Extensive and Comprehensive Background Check
* Contract Template
* On-Going Family First Team Connection.

Skipper Package
The Skipper package varies slightly but includes the same confidence-instilling elements of the Buckeye package. The Skipper package costs 12% of the supplied and chosen candidate’s annual salary and includes:
* 60-day Replacement Period
* Meet and Greet
* Extensive and Comprehensive Background Check
* Contract Template
* On-Going Family First Team Connection.

Monarch Package
The Monarch Package includes the same comprehensive elements as the Skipper and Buckeye packages with two exceptions. The Monarch package costs 15% of the supplied and chosen candidate’s annual salary and includes:
* 90-day Replacement Period
* Meet and Greet
* Extensive and Comprehensive Background Check
* Contract Template
* On-Going Family First Team Connection.

Temporary Placements
For families who have specific needs that require a short-term childcare professional presence, Family First offers two optimal packages: The Marble and The Copper.

The Marble Package
The Marble Package is Family First’s most popular offering and guarantees that your family receives a qualified childcare provider with experience in handling the everyday challenges of their profession for a reasonable, annual membership fee of $50. With this membership rate, this package includes:
* Qualified CPR and First Aid Certified Childcare Professional
* Meet and Greet
* Extensive and Comprehensive Background Check
* Contract Template
* On-Going Family First Team Connection.
* Temporary Care at $25 per day (Normally $35 per day without membership)

The Copper Package
The Copper Package also guarantees that your family receives a qualified childcare provider with experience in handling the everyday challenges of their profession for a reasonable, annual membership fee of $100. With this membership rate, this package includes:

* Qualified CPR and First Aid Certified Childcare Professional
* Meet and Greet
* Extensive and Comprehensive Background Check
* Contract Template
* On-Going Family First Team Connection.
* Temporary Care at $35 per day (Normally $45 per day without membership)

Long-term Placement

For families who are looking for a caregiver that’s in it for the longer haul, who will connect with your children and be a lynchpin in your family’s organizational success, we offer two package options. Each package costs a standard percentage of your chosen candidate’s annual salary and includes:

* A replacement period. Circumstances change; if your nanny/manny cannot continue their employment, or the contract is terminated for an approved reason, our team will work diligently to find a replacement within your chosen package’s allotted time-frame.

* In-Home Meet and Greet, or Skype-based Meet and Greet. We’ll make sure that you feel we’re the perfect agency fit, along with your potential hire during a convenient meet and greet via Skype or over coffee in your lovely home!

* On-Going Family First Team Connection. The Family First Team is with you through every step of the hiring process, and we’ll stick with you throughout your employer/employee relationship journey with care, answers and assistance whenever you need it!

* Extensive and Comprehensive Background Check. Nothing is more important than your family’s safety, which is why every candidate receives an extensive background check which include: (National Background Investigation, 7-Year County Criminal Search, National Criminal Search, Social Security Trace, National Sex Offender Registry Search, Motor Vehicle Search, Terrorist Watch List and an On-line Presence Check)

* Contract Template. Take the guess-work out of complicated contracts; we’ll give you a customizable template so that you and your new hire know exactly what’s expected throughout their employment.

Please note: Families are responsible for directly paying their hire.
