Family First is assisting a family in finding a full time nanny for a family in South Charlotte for their newborn and 2.5 year old. The hours are 8-6pm Monday – Friday. Their ideal nanny would be loving, nurturing, engaged and on top of developmental mile stones, would set up play dates, help with preschool drop off and pick up and they would enjoy singing, arts and crafts, being active and getting outside.
Duties:
- Sanitizing bottles
- Washing the children’s laundry/putting it away
- Wiping down counters
- Vacuuming or sweeping up after the kids in the kitchen area
- Loading and unloading the dish washer
- Meal prep

The family has asked that their be no screen time at all and that the days are filled with learning through play. The toddler enjoys playing with magnet tiles, paint, arts and crafts, being out side, going on play dates, visiting discovery place in uptown, imagination play, and art classes. The families discipline style is love and logic and they are looking for a very nurturing and kind nanny.
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- SIDS
- previous in home experience with infants and toddlers
- be legally permitted to work in the United States
- be at least 21 years of age
- have at least three years of professional, recent experience working as a nanny
- have a high school diploma
- have three professional references
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
