Holistic Nanny Needed for Newborn

Family First, is excited to share that we are assisting family in finding a full time nanny for their adorable little girl who is 4 weeks old. They are first time parents who are looking to add a loving nanny to their family. They are seeking a creative, honest, and patient career nanny to join their family. A Nanny who enjoys being active, going on walks with the baby, a nanny that is trustworthy, kind gentle, and genuinely loves caring for children as their career. A nanny that speaks Spanish or another language is a major plus!

The schedule will be 40 hours each week, with guaranteed hours, paid vacation, paid
holidays and paid sick days. This position is offering $18 per hour and they would like some one to stay with them for many years and grow with their family. They are located in Plaza Midwood in Charlotte, North Carolina.

•  The hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 6:00pm with some flexibility needed to work on Fridays.

The dad owns his own company and  works from home a few days a week. They understand that boundaries will need to be created as their baby grows older so that their are no separation issues that develop and understand that the nanny is in charge even when a family member is home.

This family is looking for a nanny who will schedule activities during the week such as playdates with other nannies and who will focus on the development of their child. The nanny should be hands on and very active with the child every day.

This busy and active family is looking for a nanny who is experienced with babies as a nanny.  A nanny who organized, patient, calm, punctual, self motivated, and is health conscious and understands how to provide a healthy environment for their child.  Their nanny should also LOVE animals as they have a dog and two cats.

Childcare related duties including but not limited to:

• Helping the child meet developmental milestones
• Reading, singing, going for walks, planning playdates and activities
• Diapers, bottles, naps, maintaining a healthy sleeping and eating schedule, cleaning the moms pump
• Taking care of the babies laundry by washing, folding and putting it away
• Diffusing essential oils in the nursery
• Maintain a daily log for the parents

Household responsibilities will include:

• Light house cleaning, wiping down kitchen counters
• Load/Unload Dishwasher
• Children’s laundry, sanitizing toys
• Keeping the play area and babies room organized and clean
• Meal prep a few times a week for the parents when the baby is sleeping
• Making homemade baby food when the baby is old enough
• Occasional grocery shopping for the family

Please only apply if you LOVE dogs, again the family does have a dog and the nanny will need to let the dog out a few times a day. The family would love for the nanny to take the dog for a walk when the nanny goes on a walk with their baby, but this is not a requirement.

They are seeking a nanny who is looking for a long-term commitment, they would love a nanny who
will become an active part of their family! Both parents are excellent communicators and require a
nanny who is open to transparent communication.
