Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family located in Charlotte, North Carolina in finding a long-term Nanny/Household Manager for their tender hearted and outgoing 3-year old son, 5-year old daughter and four legged friend.
The start date is February 24, 2020.
This position is Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30PM guaranteeing 45 hours per week. The family is offering $18 per hour for a professional Nanny that has three years or more of recent in home Nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
They are anxiously awaiting a Nanny/Household Manager that will become a part of their family. They are a busy yet thoughtful and considerate family that has a lot of love to give. They are looking for someone who can integrate with their family and keep the household running smoothly, so time spent with their children is quality time. The children attend preschool a few mornings a week, which is when the family would like the candidate to focus on most household duties.
It is to be noted that their daughter has severe allergies to dairy, peanuts and eggs. If you are applying for this position, you must be comfortable taking her to the allergist for check ups, administering an EPI pen in case of emergencies and assisting with micro-dosing certain foods to assist with her allergy treatment plan set in place by her physician.
The family lives very close to a culdesac with a lot of children that like to play together. Arts, crafts, board games and imaginative play are all welcome at their home! The children are outgoing, love to draw, and give great snuggles! This family is truly looking for an active and engaged person that will foster the developmental and emotional growth of their children.

Childcare related duties include, but are not limited to:
- Making the children whole food and healthy meals
- Picking up the children’s rooms
- Washing, folding and putting away the children’s laundry
- Sanitizing toys
- Maintaining a clean eating area
- Keeping play areas tidy
- Taking the children to doctors appointments
- Pick up and drop off to preschool
- Taking the children to planned activities
- Planning educational and creative activities
- Setting up playdates ect.
Family Assistant duties include, but are not limited to:
- Meal prep a few times a week (chopping veggies)
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Wiping down the kitchen counters
- Vacuuming the areas where the children play
- Walking and feeding the dog
- Picking up the dry cleaning
- Bringing in mail and deliveries
- Organizing the pantry
- Errands such as grocery shopping, post office runs, gift wrapping ect.
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Have three recent years of Nanny experience with preschoolers
- be a great swimmer
- be legally permitted to work in the United States
- have a reliable car
- be at least 21 years of age
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
