Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family in Davidson, NC, in finding a long term nanny for their on the go toddler and soon to arrive baby girl!
The family is hoping to bring on their nanny as soon as possible, but is willing to wait for the right fit. The nanny’s schedule would start out as Monday through Friday, 8:00am-2pm, guaranteeing 30 hours per week. They will be welcoming their new baby in January and the schedule will increase to full time hours after the mom goes back to work.
The family is offering $20-23 an hour for an active and creative nanny with an engaging personality and recent infant and toddler experience. Their family travels often, so it is important to note that there will be four to six weeks a year when the nanny will not be needed for work, but will be paid regardless.
The family is eager to bring a nanny into their home who will keep their children on track developmentally, both with cognitive and physical skills. Their son is a rough and tumble, active toddler, and they would like him to be challenged physically and mentally with new and exciting activities. It is also to be noted that the family values diversity and open communication in their household.
Their ideal nanny is one who will come up with a diverse range of activities, is structured, organized, active, and fun loving. It is important that their nanny be comfortable keeping the kitchen and play areas tidy, so they are able to maximize their time with their child. Their child has eczema and food/environmental allergies so it is vital that their nanny be comfortable varying their child’s diet and administering an EPIPen if an emergency arose. It is also important that their candidate is following CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19.
If you are active, reliable, fun, engaging, enjoy cooking healthy meals, and are a developmentally focused nanny, we would love for you to apply!
