Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family in Huntersville, NC, in finding a long term nanny for their active, fun-loving four month old baby boy!
The family is hoping to bring on their nanny starting January 25th, 2021. The nanny’s schedule February through April would be three, thirteen hour days, given a month in advance. After April, the schedule will change to Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm. The family would love a nanny willing to work date nights, as well. They are offering $18-20 an hour for a communicative, patient, and loving nanny with recent infant experience.
Their son loves to be around people, be worn, and go on walks. They would love a nanny willing to explore the area with their child, and schedule playdates with other children close to his age. A nanny who engages with their child would be a perfect candidate. The family would like their son to grow up to be respectful, kind, and caring.
The family is eager to bring a nanny into their home who will keep their child on track developmentally, both with cognitive and physical skills, in the long term. They need someone who is okay with talking things out with mom, and being a team player within their household. It is important to them that their nanny sends pictures and updates throughout the day, as both mom and dad work outside of the home. Mom works 5 minutes away, and it would be great to have their nanny bring their son to her for feedings.
Their ideal nanny is one who comes to the table with experience, ready to grow with their family and be a team player. They would love a nanny who can load and unload the dishwasher, do their child’s laundry, keep his play areas tidy, and help out with dinner a few nights a week.
The mother is finishing her residency and will become a labor and delivery doctor soon. The father is a pilot so the nanny will need to be comfortable with this when it comes to safety and health.

Childcare related duties including but not limited to:

- Doing infants laundry
- Unloading/loading dishwasher
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- 3 years of recent, previous in home experience as a nanny
- Be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Recent in home infant experience
- Be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender,
criminal, county, and state, DMV records
