Family First Household Staffing Agency eager to assist a family located in the Myers Park area of Charlotte, North Carolina, in finding a loving long-term nanny for their tender hearted and outgoing daughters ages 1 and 4.
This position starts Monday, February 15th, 2021. Care is needed from 6am to 4:15pm, three days a week. The family is flexible on which three days the nanny works. The job guarantees 30 hours a week, but they are willing to provide 40 hours of work if needed. The family is offering $18-$22 per hour for a professional, career driven nanny that has three years or more of recent in-home nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
They are anxiously awaiting a nanny that will become an extension of their family, while providing their children with a loving and structured environment to grow and develop in. Their oldest child enjoys planned, directive crafts, pretend play, and puzzles. She can speak Spanish and is eager to learn about the world around her. Their one year old loves to be snuggled and is learning to walk. They are looking for a nanny to engage with their children daily, planning games, playdates, and keeping them on track developmentally.
Their perfect nanny is one that is compassionate, structured, and punctual. It is important that their nanny knows when to step in and step out of parenting duties. Someone who can take initiative and be a team player is ideal. They prefer for their nanny to write down daily notes in a nanny journal, and share pictures of the children throughout the day.
Their goal is to raise young women who can instill positive values. They are looking for a teammate who will teach their children to be smart, compassionate, and strong. They are looking for a nanny to become an extension of their family. They need a nanny who is comfortable in the kitchen and can prepare meals for their family, as well as wash the childrens’ laundry and bedding, and tidy up play areas. It is vital that the nanny reserve her cell phone time to emergencies only, or communication with the parents.

Childcare related duties include, but are not limited to:
- Making the children meals
- Picking up the children’s rooms
- Washing, folding and putting away the children’s laundry
- Keeping play areas tidy

- Taking the children to planned activities
- Planning educational and creative activities
- Setting up playdates ect.
Household duties include, but are not limited to:
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Wiping down the kitchen counters
- Maintain a tidy home
- Meal prep for the family
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Have three recent years of nanny experience
- Have recent infant and toddler experience
- Non smoker
- be legally permitted to work in the United States
- have a reliable car, able to show registration and insurance
- be at least 21 years of age
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
