Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family located in Charlotte, North Carolina, in finding a knowledgeable and kind nanny for their happy and loving 4 month old daughter.
This position will start ASAP. Right now, with mom and dad working from home, they are in need of care Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, guaranteeing 40 hours a week. The family is offering $18-20 per hour for a professional, educated, and kind nanny that has five years or more of recent in-home nanny experience with infants. They are looking to grow their family, so someone who is willing to commit to a long-term position is ideal.
They are eager to welcome someone into their home who can educate them of different methods and safety practices, while still remaining respectful of their household. They are new to the parenting scene and are open to learning about different childcare philosophies. It is important that their nanny act as a team player. Being a good communicator will go a long way to ensure a healthy working relationship with them. The family truly wants an educated, loving, and kind person to assist them in raising their children and be there to see them grow up!
Their perfect nanny is one that is career driven, knowledgeable, loving, bilingual, and respectful. Their daughter loves to take walks in the stroller, so they are looking to hire someone who values outdoor play at any age. It is very important that their nanny be following CDC regulations in regards to COVID. You must be up to date on your vaccinations- TDAP included. The flu shot is not required, and having the CoronaVirus vaccine is preferred.
Their nanny will be required to handle some household tasks, such as, baby’s laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher, vacuuming a few times a week, and letting their lovable golden retriever outside to potty.

Childcare related duties include, but are not limited to:
- Picking up the children’s rooms
- Washing, folding and putting away the children’s laundry
- Keeping play areas tidy
- Staying on track developmentally
- Planning educational and creative activities
- Preparing and sanitizing bottles
Household duties include, but are not limited to:
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Keeping areas tidy
- Light Housekeeping
- Occasional Vacuuming
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Have three recent years of nanny experience
- Have five years of recent infant experience
- be legally permitted to work in the United States
- be at least 21 years of age
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
