Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family located in Charlotte, NC in the SouthPark area in finding a full-time career nanny for their active children ages 4.5 and 2. As a family they hope to find a nanny to grow with their family for many years to come and are requesting a minimum of a two-year commitment.
The hours are M/T/W/F 8am-6pm, guaranteeing 40 hours per week. They currently have a part time nanny that works on Thursdays who will be moving on in January. At that time, they would like their nanny to work a shorter day on Thursday, with the weekly hours averaging at 45 a week. They are offering $23-$25 an hour for an exceptional career nanny with 3+ years of recent in-home nanny experience and 1+ years of experience in household management or family assistant roles. It is important that their nanny be active and engaging, and able to manage childcare and household responsibilities.
Their children enjoy playing with cars, monster trucks, building things, creative free play, reading, and of course outside play! The kids are in preschool part time throughout the week, so their nanny must be comfortable with drop off and pickup schedules. They are looking for someone with a background in Love and Logic. It is their hope to raise children who are kind, respectful, grateful, and empowered. Involving the children in daily chores is a practice in their home, and they would like a nanny who continues their child rearing methods. The parents are currently working from home, with the possibility to return to the office. A nanny who is communicative and open to feedback is vital as open communication is very important to the family.
The family is excited to bring a nanny into their home who is a team player and is firm but kind. They are happy to invite a nanny into their home who can take the lead in daily activities, as well as follow directions. They are looking for someone who can keep their children engaged and active in and outside the home who is also fun, loving and not afraid to be silly. As a family, they enjoy cooking and being outside together. They are a busy, active family, and would appreciate a nanny who can prepare healthy meals for them as well. This would entail chopping up fruits and vegetables, throwing things in the crock pot, and roasting veggies.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional, full-time nanny experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluency in English
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Be at least 21 years of age
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
