Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family in Charlotte, NC, in finding a long term nanny for their sweet, happy, and energetic baby girl! She will be 6 months old at time of start.
They are located in the Sedgefield area of Charlotte and would like to bring on a nanny starting August 11th, 2021. The nanny’s schedule is expected to be Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, guaranteeing 45 hours a week. They are offering $20-25 an hour for a communicative, patient, and loving nanny with recent infant experience.
The family would like to invite a nanny who can be fun, outgoing and not afraid to sing with their little one and dance to music into their home. They would love a nanny willing to explore the area with their child, and schedule classes, outings, story times, and other activities. A nanny who enjoys getting outside and staying actively engaged with children would be a perfect candidate.
The family is eager to bring a nanny into their home who will keep their child on track developmentally, both with cognitive and physical skills, in the long term. They are looking for someone to become an extension of their family and who will follow their lead as they are happy with their current parenting styles and philosophies. They value a nanny who is able to bring a balance into their home of fun, humor, and love, while still providing their child with structure and education. They would like their daughter to grow up to be independent, kind, and inclusive to others. A candidate who has a background in making baby food and Montessori education would be a huge plus!
Their ideal nanny is one who comes to the table with experience, ready to grow with their family and be a team player. They would love a nanny who can load and unload the dishwasher, do their child’s laundry, keep her play areas tidy, meal prep as needed, and pitch in with care for their two cats. Nannies who speak a second language will be given priority.
Their nanny must have a TDAP and COVID vaccine. The flu shot is not required but would be a plus! If you are an active, reliable, fun, and a developmentally focused nanny, we would love for you to apply!
Childcare related duties including but not limited to:
- Keeping child on a schedule
- Planning play dates and activities outside the home

Household responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Doing infants laundry
- Unloading/loading dishwasher
- Helping out with the cats
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- 3 years of recent in home experience as a nanny
- Be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Recent in home infant experience
- Fluent in English
- Be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender,
criminal, county, and state, DMV records
