Family First Household Staffing Agency is excited to assist a family located in Hunterville, North Carolina, in finding a tenderhearted and loving, long-term nanny for their two children ages 2 and 7 months.
This position will start ASAP. Their nanny needs to be there promptly at 8am to start the day, and they will get off at 4pm. This position guarantees 40 hours a week, and they are offering $18-22 an hour for a sweet and active nanny that has at least 1 year of recent in-home nanny experience and 3 years of paid childcare experience. They are looking for consistency in their childcare, so someone who is willing to commit to a long-term position is ideal. They are also happy to pay for any trainings needed to help set their future nanny up for success.
The family is excited to bring on a nanny that will become an extension of their family, while providing their children with a loving and structured environment to grow and develop in. Currently, mom works from home, so comfortability with that is a must. It is important that their nanny be hygiene focused and able to pick up areas used as the day progresses. They are a pet free and allergen free home, and their toddler does have a dairy sensitivity.
Their perfect nanny is one that is honest, dependable, and energetic. Their toddler is very active, and enjoys outings to membership based places like My Gym and Discovery Place, so their nanny must be comfortable driving both children to activities. Their infant enjoys being babyworn and going wherever big brother goes! Honesty and kindness are traits their nanny must hold near and dear to their heart. They hope to raise children who are kind, respectful, and have strong morals.
It is important that their nanny spend as much time focused on their children as possible, so there are no household duties required at this time. You must be up to date on your vaccinations- TDAP included. The flu shot and the COVID19 vaccination are not required, but preferred.

Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Have 1 year recent nanny experience
- Have 3 years of childcare experience
- Have recent infant and toddler experience
- Have the TDAP Vaccine and Covid Vaccine
- be legally permitted to work in the United States
- be at least 21 years of age
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
