Family First Household Staffing Agency is eager to assist a family located in Denver, NC, in finding an organized and long term nanny for their two children, ages 3 and 3 months (at start.)
This position starts on September 7th. Flexibility is needed for the daily schedule as this is a dual physician household. The schedule will be known two months in advance, and working hours will be in the range of 7am to 6pm. They are offering $23-$28/hour and 35 guaranteed hours for a nanny who is kind, fun, and organized, and has experience working with both infants and toddlers/preschool aged children. They are looking for a career nanny who is passionate about their job and values continuing education, communication, and creating an engaging environment. They are a structured family, so a nanny who is great at multitasking and following directions would be a great fit!
In their free time, and pre-covid, they enjoy visiting libraries, book stores, and ice cream shops as a family. It is important to them that their nanny can develop and foster a love of reading with their children. They would like their nanny to teach their toddler educationally appropriate material, and keep their infant on a daily schedule and assist in meeting developmental milestones. Both mom and dad prefer their children to stay at home and utilize their backyard and playroom during the day, but neighborhood walks are fine, too! The family has a sweet little cat and a swimming pool, so their nanny must be comfortable with animals and swimming.

Childcare related duties including but not limited to:
- Creating an engaging environment
- Supporting development and interests
- Meal prep for child
- Developing and maintaining schedules as child grows
- Sanitizing and preparing bottles

- Restocking nursery
Household responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Unloading/loading dishwasher
- Child’s laundry
- Changing crib sheets

Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified

- At least three recent years of in home, nanny experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- At least 21 years of age
- Able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
