Family First is excitedly assisting a family located in the Cotswald neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina, in finding a loving and responsible nanny for their 15 month old child. This position is full time for one year, with a transition into part time following, with possible household management tasks added on at that time.
This position starts in January of 2022, but they are flexible on the start date, and could push it sooner for the right candidate. Care is needed full time from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. They are offering $20-$25 an hour. Currently, both mom and dad work from home, but that may change. Their nanny must be a team player and know when to step back for a few minutes so that mom or dad can have some one-on-one time with their child. They would love for their nanny to have an early childhood or education background. The ideal candidate is willing to explore and create experiences where their child can learn inside and outside of our home. Their child thrives off of someone who is a patient, calming, and kind presence. They would love someone who has a high sense of responsibility and is a strong communicator.
Their toddler is extremely curious and kind. He enjoys being outside, and as a family, they spend a lot of time being active. Their perfect fit is a nanny who can nurture their child’s interest and follow his lead with play and trying new things. They love to have FUN and it is so important that their nanny be able to let loose, hangout, and be silly. Their child enjoys music, singing, and talking in his own way. They would love someone who is comfortable eventually going to parks, playdates, and libraries with their son. In their family, they value responsibility and communication. It is vital that their nanny be able to communicate effectively with them. Additionally, they enjoy tidy spaces, and while mess is 100% permitted, they need a nanny who is willing to clean up after themselves and their child.
