Family First Household Staffing Agency is eager to assist a family located near the Frances Beatty Park in finding care for their child, aged 9.5 months adjusted.
This job starts ASAP. They are currently on a waiting list for a daycare, but are open to offering a long term job to their perfect candidate. Care is needed from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday thru Friday. They are offering $20-$25 an hour and 40 guaranteed hours a week for a nanny that is communicative, kind, and experienced. They are looking for a nanny with initiative and who is comfortable educating new parents in a kind and respectful way. Both mom and dad work from home, and grandma will be living with them for some time, so team-playing and boundary setting are good skills for their nanny to have.
Their baby is very inquisitive and smiley. He loves to eat and play. They would like their nanny to help out with sleep training and developmental milestones. They are interested in following the Montessori method as their child grows, so someone who is knowledgeable and is able to put those methods to use within the home would be great. Ideally, their child would spend time outside and be socialized with other children.
They are a culturally open family and are looking to raise a respectful, kind, and well adjusted child. They are looking for assistance with occasional meal prep, but this is not a requirement. There is a potential for domestic and international travel with this family.

Childcare related duties including but not limited to:
- Keeping play areas tidy
- Creating engaging environments
- Keeping child on track developmentally
- Continuous communication with parents
- Fostering a safe and nurturing environment
- Manage daily childcare needs such as preparing snacks and lunches, keeping daily nap and rest-time schedules, changing diapers and clothing
- Responsible for facilitating free play, arts/crafts and reading.
- Developing and implementing routines and schedules
Household responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Meal prep
- Children’s laundry
- Emptying diaper pail
- Restocking diapers, wipes, etc.

Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- COVID and TDAP Vaccine required

- be legally permitted to work in the United States
- be at least 21 years of age
- have at least 3 years of professional, recent experience working as a nanny
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
