Family First is happily assisting a health conscious family located in Hendersonville, NC, in finding a patient and caring long term nanny for their children. Currently they have two shy and curious children, ages 8 and 2. They are open to relocating a nanny for the right fit.
Care is needed ASAP, and they are looking for someone to work with them 45 hours a week. 40 of those hours will be Monday thru Friday, and 5 will be on Saturday. They are offering $25-30/hour for a nanny that is experienced, active, and fun. Both mom and dad work from home, so their nanny would need to be comfortable with that, but they are open and willing for someone with compassion to come into their home and become a part of their family. They truly value a collaborative, growth mindset.
Their 8 year old loves school, hands on play time, and being outdoors. He is an expert reader and enjoys art and drawing. He wants a nanny who will play board games with him and take him on scooter rides at the local park. He is genuinely so excited for a nanny to join their family! Their two year old is happy as can be and can express herself with clear words and sign language! She enjoys playing pretend in her kitchen and loves to snuggle up and read a book together. Both children thrive off of consistent routines and knowing how their days will be spent. Neither children have food sensitivities. They are looking for a nanny who will come in with a proactive attitude and plan engaging activities for the kids and help in their educational growth. They are looking for someone who will get them outside daily and engage in nature play.
Their ideal nanny is one who is a proactive self-starter and can bring a team playing attitude into their home and be a calming support to the entire family unit. Bonus points if you have Montessori experience. As a family, they value safe spaces to process feelings and positive resolutions. They could be interested in their nanny traveling with them, and would like someone who is comfortable swimming with children. They do have 2 hypoallergenic dogs and acat.
