Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family located in Downtown Charleston, SC, in finding a long term nanny to join their team. They have four active children, ages 8, 5, 4, and 1 year old.
The family needs a nanny four days a week, to total 40 guaranteed hours. The days will be consistent, once figured out with their other nanny, who will work 3 days a week. Even though they will not be working at the same time, it is important for everyone to be consistent in their childcare methods with the children. This position requires two nannies who can be strong communicators with each other and the parents. The family is offering $30+/hour for a nanny who is proactive, organized, and energetic! Mom is home often, so having someone who is able to tag team and be collaborative is important.
Their oldest child can be shy, and is thoughtful, responsible, and artistic. Their five year old enjoys reading, swimming, and rattling off facts about dinosaurs to anyone who will listen. Story time, dress up, and imaginative play are their four year olds favorite activities. Their one is as sweet as can be, and is on a consistent schedule. Being active is extremely important to this family. Their children do best when taken out into the world to explore. They love to visit museums, aquariums, and playgrounds. They need to be outside at least once a day. As parents, they are consistently trying to instill kindness, love, and respect into their children, and would like nannies who value the same characteristics.
They are looking for someone who can do overnights and possible domestic travel with their family. Their ideal candidate is one who is organized, energized, and professional.

- Keeping play areas and children’s rooms tidy
- Creating engaging environments
- Keeping children on track developmentally

Household responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Grocery shopping
- Meal prep
- Packing lunches
- Unloading/loading dishwasher
- Children’s laundry
- Errand running

Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
