Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family located in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina in finding a long-term, part time nanny for their curious and happy 3.5 year old son and 6 month old daughter. This job starts August 1st, 2022.
This position is Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm, guaranteeing 24 hours a week. The family is offering $23-24 per hour for a professional nanny that has three or more years of recent in-home nanny experience with toddlers and infants.
They are looking for a trustworthy nanny who will care, invest, and create structure for their children. They would like them to continue to learn and grow by having a nanny who will engage in play based learning. Their ideal candidate is one that has calming and reassuring presence in the home. It is important that their nanny be receptive of their needs as a family and can include them in their children’s daily activities. Their son goes to preschool, so drop offs and pick ups will be required.
It is to be noted that their son has food allergies. If you are applying for this position, you must be familiar with and comfortable administering an EPI pen in case
Their perfect fit nanny is one who is active and willing to take their children to classes, story times, walks, and playgrounds.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Washing, drying, folding the child’s laundry
- Doing the dishes
- Creating play based educational activities
- Picking up after the child’s play areas
- Avoiding certain foods
- Administering EPI pen if needed
- Vacuuming
- Transportation to and from activities
- Creating an engaging and developmentally appropriate environment
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Covid Vaccinated and Boosted
- Annual Flu Shot and up to date TDAP
- Have three recent years of in home nanny experience
- be legally permitted to work in the United States
- have a reliable car
- be at least 21 years of age
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
