Family First is assisting a family of four located in the Providence Park area of Charlotte, NC, in finding a long term nanny for their two daughters, ages 1.5 and 5 years.
This position starts ASAP. Care is needed Monday-Friday from 7:30am-5pm, guaranteeing 47.5 hours a week. They are offering $23-$26 dollars an hour for a nanny that is outgoing and can become a part of their team. In the fall, their oldest will start kindergarten, so their nanny would need to get her to school with drop offs and pickups. Their toddler attends a half day preschool three days a week as well, and naps around 1. During the time the children are in school, the family would like their nanny to complete household management tasks and services. Both mom and dad work from home in separate work spaces, so their nanny should feel comfortable completing these tasks without disturbing anyone.
Their five year old is very social and outgoing. She is ready for kindergarten! She loves to play games and plays well with her sister. Their toddler is shy at first, but blossoms once she gets to know you. She loves to climb, explore, and adventure. They are a very close family, and compassion and patience is something that is important to their family systems. They are looking for a nanny who can model their parenting style and be a consistent home base for the children during the day.

Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Have at least 3 recent years as an in home nanny
- Loving
- Positive
- Covid Vaccine
- Legally Permitted to work in the United States
- At least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender,
criminal, county, and state, DMV records
