Family First HSA is excited to assist a sweet, loving, and high achieving family in the Steele Creek area in finding a long term nanny to grow with their family. At start, their happy and excited baby will be 14 months (11 months adjusted.) 

This position starts August 14th, 2023. Care is needed 35 hours a week, Monday from 9am-5pm, and Tuesday through Thursday from 9am-6pm. They are offering $27-$30 an hour for a nanny who will focus on supporting their son in his growth, development, and education, long term. Someone who is experienced, knowledgeable, and educationally minded would be great! Mom and dad are on a hybrid work from home, work in office schedule, so a nanny that is comfortable with this dynamic is a must. A nanny who speaks a second language would be awesome, but is not a requirement. 

Their baby is so active, happy, and on the go, and they are ready for a team player nanny that can step into the home and keep their son engaged, learning, and kind. They would love for their child to spend ample time outdoors, exploring and learning. A career nanny who is focused on their child’s life long term, and who can meet his needs now, as well as in the future, is ideal. They would love assistance in transitioning their son to solids and are open to someone who can come in with ideas and suggestions.

Duties include:

  • Prioritizing the development and the safety of the child
  • Restocking nursery
  • Washing and sanitizing bottles
  • Changing the diaper pail
  • Changing crib and changing mat sheets
  • Developing and implementing developmentally appropriate schedules, activities, and routines
  • Working alongside developmental specialists and parents 
  • Daily communication with parents 
  • Keeping the child engaged and learning

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • At least 3 years of professional, in home nanny experience
  • Willing to undergo an extensive background check
  • Legally allowed to work in the US
  • CPR and First Aid Certified
  • Speaks English Fluently
  • Communicative, Calm, Knowledgeable
