Family First is assisting a family located in Mills River, NC (Near Hendersonville), in finding a loving and engaging nanny for their 15 month old daughter. They are offering $28-$30/hour.
This position starts ASAP, but they are willing to wait for the right nanny. Care is needed from 8am-5pm with the days of the week alternating Monday-Thursday one week and Thursday-Friday the following, guaranteeing 35 hours a week. Their dream candidate is one who is thoughtful, proactive, engaging and integrated in the nanny community. Having a nanny that is comfortable taking their little one on playdates and getting social is very important to them.
Their daughter loves music, staying active and getting fresh air. As a family, they value education and independence. Someone who is able to support their daughter in their growth as an individual while fostering their sense of curiosity and independence would be a perfect fit! In addition to independence, education is important to them so a nanny who can come in with educational activities and encourage creativity would be very appreciated.

Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- COVID Vaccine

- 3+ years of in home nanny experience
- Must be fluent in English
- be legally permitted to work in the United Statesbe at least 21 years of age
- have at least three years of professional, recent experience working as a nanny
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
