Hours: M-F 7:15am/8:15am-4:15pm.
Family First is happily assisting a family of four located in the Cotswold area of Charlotte, NC, in finding a long term, active nanny for their three children, ages 5, 4 and 3 months old.
This position starts July 8th or 15th, 2024, but they are willing to have an earlier start date for the right fit. Care is needed from 7:15am-4:15pm, Monday through Friday, guaranteeing 45 hours per week, and offering $28-$30 an hour. (Please not that during this current summer they need care 8:15am-4:15pm, guaranteeing 40 hours a week.) In the fall, the oldest will attend Kindergarten and the middle child will be in school 5 days a week in the mornings, during that time, the family would like their nanny to complete family assistant tasks. Mom typically works from home in a separate space, but will occasionally work out of the home as well.
Their 5 year old is sweet, loving, and curious. He loves to read, listen to music, and do art. Their middle child is full of energy, enjoys outdoor play, and loves to explore. Both boys thrive off of a consistent, calm, and loving caregiver who can set boundaries when appropriate. They would love for their nanny to plan a mix of activities for their children inside and outside of the home.
Their ideal nanny is one who can fit into the rhythm of the family and help make the day to day run more smoothly. Is one who can be a balancing team player and can assist them in raising their children to be independent, kind, and respectful. They need someone who is responsible, routine oriented, great with time management who is reliable, and a good communicator. They value the little things and simple joys in life, and want a nanny who is collaborative and positive.

Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
