Job Title: Temporary Nanny Needed for HP Family

Start Date: Starting ASAP for 3 Months

Location: Charlotte, NC

Hours: Monday- Friday, 11 AM – 5PM, with additional hours on Friday and Sundays

Pay: $30+ hour

Note: This position includes working in tandem with the mother. You will never be alone with all 4 children. Fridays and Sundays you will tag team with a second nanny. 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a collaborative and engaging nanny to care for our four children, aged 2 months, 1 years, 3 years, and 5 years for 30+ hours a week for the next three months. This role is vital in supporting our family’s values, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and providing interactive and educational playtime. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for and engage with children, focusing on developmentally appropriate activities such as coloring, painting, and imaginative play.
  • Assist with daily routines, including feeding, nap times, and outdoor activities.
  • Collaborate with a second nanny, providing care when the mother is unavailable, particularly on date nights and during home games.
  • Create a positive and respectful environment that aligns with our parenting style, fostering independence and teaching respect.
  • Ensure the safety of the children, especially the younger ones who are mobile and curious.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced nanny who is patient, nurturing, and solution-oriented. Who prioritizes collaboration and respect for each child’s needs and emotions. We are flexible, but hoping to find a nanny who is open to praying with our children, and understands the importance of instilling respect and kindness in children. Additionally, we hope to find a nanny that can help us foster our children’s independence, create engaging activities, and effectively manage the diverse needs of multiple children at once.

✅ Requirements:

  • CPR and First Aid Certified
  • Comfortable with dogs
  • Must be fluent in English
  • be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • be at least 21 years of age
  • have at least 3 years of professional, full time & recent experience working as a nanny
  • be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
