Location: South Charlotte – 28277
Hours: Monday- Thursday, 8 AM – 12PM, and Friday 8-4/5pm.
Pay: $30-$34 hour
Note: This position includes working in tandem with the mother and nanny. You will never be alone with all 3 children.

Family First is seeking a dedicated and caring Family Assistant for a loving family in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and enjoys working as a team. The family has three active children (ages 7 months, 3 years, and 6 years and values kindness, empathy, and open communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for and engage with children, focusing on developmentally appropriate activities such as coloring, painting, and imaginative play.
- Assist with daily routines, including feeding, nap times, and outdoor activities.
- Collaborate with a second nanny, providing care when the mother is unavailable.
- Create a positive and respectful environment that aligns with their parenting style, fostering independence and teaching respect.
- Ensure the safety of the children, especially the younger ones who are mobile and curious.
- Assistance with household duties like running errands, grocery shopping, meal prep and tidying up the kitchen

✅ Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Comfortable with dogs
- Must be fluent in English
- be legally permitted to work in the United States
- be at least 21 years of age
- have at least 3 years of professional, full time & recent experience
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
