We are looking for someone who aligns with our values of simplicity, thoughtfulness, being present in the moment and learning through play. Our ideal nanny would be open to reading Bible stories with the children, praying before meals, be gentle, firm when necessary, and will know how to keep things playful while providing structure and consistency. It is also important to us that our nanny have the ability to adapt to each child’s unique temperament, encourage their passions, and provide a nurturing and creative environment is essential.
