The Foundation of Family First Travel Nannies
Built by a group of dreamers, Family First Travel Nannies was created on the bedrock that family comes first in all capacities. When we came together and began fabricating the future of FFTN; We wanted to focus on the core values in which would infuse the highest quality placements, as well as the values that would create a culminating company culture. As a team of vivid dreamers, who are also experienced travel nannies and nanny placement specialists, we set out to create a company culture that fosters a sense of unity, self-care, and inclusion. Although we are four individuals, we are unified as one team and have witnessed that we can create and cultivate bigger dreams as a team, than we could alone.
As experienced nanny placement specialists, we have seen how the unique business of agency work can be an around the clock business that consumes personal time spent with family and self-care. We believe that through creating a unified team culture we can create an environment that allows us to put our needs before the work that we do, which in turn will enable us to provide the best services possible. We stride towards instilling the value that we first must put on our own facemask before assisting others with theirs.
One of the values that deeply fuels our work as individuals, a team, and an agency, is that of creating an inclusive community. Our goal as an agency is to be all-inclusive for both families and m/nannies alike. We want our families and nannies to know that they are the heart of our business and will be supported by us long after placements are made.
As dreamers, we hope to be more than just a travel nanny placement agency. We are working toward using our agency as a platform for social change and giving back to various communities in big and little ways. As our dreams take flight and our agency takes off, we promise to provide families access to extraordinary travel nannies that will help to infuse family travel with some of the most incredibly meaningful memories for both your children and family as a whole.
