Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family located in Charlotte, North Carolina in finding a long-term nanny for their two joyful girls, ages 2.5 and 4 years old. Care starts ASAP. They are offering $20-24/hour and 35 guaranteed hours to a nanny who is flexible and open to date nights and weekends. This position is Monday-Wednesday 8:00am- 6:00pm, with a half day on Thursday. They would like someone who is open to working some nights and weekends.
The family lives a natural and holistic lifestyle and is looking for a nanny to support them on their health and wellness journey. They prefer an organized, calm environment and teaching their daughters to take on responsibility around the home. Screen time is limited as much as possible. They would appreciate help in preparing and cooking healthy meals for the family.
The family would like the children to be outside as much as possible. They have a great back yard for playing and live in a safe and walkable neighborhood to explore. Their children enjoy music, ballet, soccer, painting, reading, cooking and learning through experience. If you happen to play an instrument, play a sport or have experience teaching art they would love for you to utilize those skills with their children. It is also important to the family that their nanny be comfortable praying before meals and reading devotionals to the children, as it is an integral part of their lifestyle.
They prefer a live out nanny, but also have a mother-in-law suite which could be an option for a live in nanny.

Childcare related duties including but not limited to:
· Tidying up the children’s rooms
· The children’s laundry
· Preparing healthy meals

· Loading and unloading dishwasher
· Keeping play areas tidy and organized
Requirements:
· CPR and First Aid Certified
· Have three recent years of Nanny experience
· be legally permitted to work in the United States
· have a reliable car
· be at least 21 years of age
· be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
