Family First Household Staffing Agency is happy to be assisting a family in South Charlotte in finding a long term, professional nanny for their two active and curious boys, ages 1 and 4.

This job starts January 3rd, 2022. Care is needed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:15am to 4:15pm, and guarantees 25 hours a week. They are open to increasing or decreasing hours for the right candidate. They are offering $20-$22 an hour for a nanny who is experienced, active, and communicative. Both of their boys attend a local preschool: Their oldest is in preschool Monday through Thursday, 9am-1pm. Their youngest attends Monday and Wednesday, 9am-1pm. Their nanny must be comfortable with pickups, drop offs, and communication with their preschool teachers. While the boys are in school, they would like their nanny to perform household management duties, such as light cleaning, organizing, and grocery shopping.

Their four year old is sweet and shy. He thrives in small environments and values one-on-one connection. Their one year old blossoms under structure and routine. Both of the children love trains, cars, and playing outside. They need a nanny who is active, engaged, and has experience caring for multiples. Ideally, their nanny would develop and implement educational activities to supplement their work in preschool.

As a family, they value redirection, patience, spending time together, and strong values. Occasionally, mom and dad will work from home. They have separate office spaces, and will not disturb their nanny and children day to day, but it is important that their nanny be comfortable holding boundaries with their children. Both parents are introverts, and desire respectful and upfront communication. They do have a furry friend, Layla, so their nanny must be comfortable with her in the home!

If you are an experienced, active, patient nanny, we would love for you to apply!
