Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family located in Charlotte, NC, in finding a long term nanny, for their two happy, loving, and imaginative children ages 6 months and 3 years of age.
This position starts ASAP. Care is needed from 9am-4pm, Monday through Thursday. They are offering $20-$24/hour for a nanny that is comfortable with juggling toddlers and infants, and has experience with infant feeding issues. Mom works from home, so the nanny must be comfortable with holding boundaries and allowing mom to be productive!
Their three year old is a typical “tree-anger.” She is artistic, imaginative, and motherly. She is outgoing, energetic, and protective of her little brother. She enjoys drawing, painting, and pretend play, so a nanny who loves to craft would be a great fit! She is in preschool and will need to be picked up around 3:30pm daily. Their little baby boy is sweet, happy, and loves his big sister. He does have stomach issues. Mom and dad would love a nanny who is able to help him work through his feeding times.
As a family, they are very nurturing and creative. Their ideal nanny would be one that can become a part of their family, and treat their children as their very own. They would like to raise their kids to be open minded, independent, and cultured humans. Well rounded people, that have experienced many different things, through books, play, or real life interactions, is their goal for their children. They value open communication and a lifelong bond.

Childcare duties include, but not limited to:
- Creating an engaging and nurturing environment
- Keeping children on track developmentally
- Emptying diaper pail
- Restocking nursery
- Washing and sanitizing bottles
- Developing and implementing daily routines and schedules
- Communication with parents
Household duties include, but not limited to:
- Unload and load the dishwasher
- kids Laundry
- Light meal prep

Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified

- have at least 3 years of professional, recent experience working as a nanny
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
