Family First Household Staffing Agency is serving a family located in Mooresville, NC, in finding a long term, committed, positive nanny for their two loving and affectionate children, ages 6 months and 3.5 years.
This position starts February 1, 2022. Care is needed Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. They are offering $20-$23/ hour DOE and 40 guaranteed hours for a nanny who is silly, fun, and engaging. Both mom and dad work from home, and enjoy eating lunch with their kids, but hold firm in their boundaries and are comfortable following the nannies lead on day to day routines. They are looking for a nanny who can come in as a communicative team player. They are interested in a mutually respectful and supportive relationship; they will have their nannies back, and their nanny will have their back!
Their 3.5 year old son is so smart. He can be shy and timid, but has an expansive vocabulary and thrives on engaging attention. He loves anything with wheels, and enjoys independent play. They would like their nanny to help him transition into being a big brother, and help him become more open to other children and ideas. He will be going to preschool two days a week, so a nanny who is comfortable with pickups, drop offs, and communication between teachers and parents is ideal. Their baby daughter is happy, has no feeding issues, and is just happy to be there! They would like their nanny to work with her and keep her on track developmentally.
As a family, they would like their children to grow up with respect, a solid education, and a happy childhood. They speak to their children as if they were adults, but value a true, innocent, engaging, and happy childhood. They really want a bubbly and optimistic nanny that makes a true, genuine effort with their children. Being extremely engaging, intentional, and kind will be the key to success with this family. They would love someone who can come to the table with fun, themed curriculum weeks or months, values professional development, and someone who they can bounce ideas and methods off of.

Childcare duties include, but not limited to:
- Creating an engaging and nurturing environment
- Keeping children on track developmentally
- Emptying diaper pail
- Restocking nursery
- Washing and sanitizing bottles
- Communication with parents
- Transportation to and from school
Household duties include, but not limited to:
- Unload and load the dishwasher
- Pick up play areas

Requirements:
