Family First is assisting a new family of three located in the Dilworth Neighborhood of Charlotte, NC, in finding a long term, full time nanny for their new baby, aged 4 months at start.
Mom goes back to work April 12th and would like their nanny to start a week or two before then. Care is needed from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday (though they would be flexible to 10am-6pm for the right candidate.) They are offering $23-$25/hour and 40 guaranteed hours a week for a nanny that genuinely loves children and can bring a sense of laid back calmness to their home. Mom will work from home, but will stay out of their nannies way when they are home.
They want to raise a kind, happy, and loving child. They are looking for a nanny who can join their team long term and become part of the family. Someone who is able to balance kindness as well as boundaries and positive discipline is ideal. Their nanny should be engaging and hands-on with their son. Assisting him in meeting developmental milestones as he grows is a must. The father grew up with a nanny and is still in contact with her today! They are a very special family and truly want to build a solid, healthy and long lasting relationship with their nanny.

Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- COVID and TDAP Vaccine required

- be at least 21 years of age
- have at least 3 years of professional, recent experience working as a nanny with multiples
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
