Family First Household Staffing Agency is excited to assist an amazing blended family of 7 located in Waxhaw, NC, in finding a long term and professional nanny to provide care primarily for their infant son. They are open to a national search and are offering a relocation package.
This position starts ASAP. Care will be needed from 7am (or 8am) to 4pm. They are offering $25-$30+ an hour for an exceptional, engaging, and proactive nanny for their two month old. Mom and Dad own a large company and are looking for someone who is a genuine team player. They will both be in and out of the home and Mom will be available to tag team when needed. It should be noted that the family plans on hiring additional staff, and are looking for a nanny who has High Net Worth experience. Trustworthiness, confidentiality, and agreeability are of utmost importance to this family.
They are a family with five children. Their children are sixteen, thirteen, nine, five, and two months old. Primary care will be for the two month old. The family is requesting that their nanny do occasional school drop offs and pickups for the five and nine year old, and care on occasional sick days or school holidays. During the summer, both the five and nine year old will be in day camps most of the day. The teenagers will not need assistance at all. Their home is equipped with a resort size pool, so it is important that their nanny know how to and be comfortable swimming.
Their ideal nanny is one that is a fine balance between tidy and fun, and is comfortable taking a proactive initiative in their home. They would like their children to grow up kind, loving, and respectful. Ideally, their nanny would spend a lot of time outdoors with the kids. They need a nanny who will keep their infant developmentally on track as she grows. A nanny that is experienced with infants and toddlers would be great!

Childcare related duties including but not limited to:
- Keeping play areas and children’s rooms tidy
- Creating engaging environments
- Keeping children on track developmentally
- Continuous communication with parents
- Occasional school drop off and pick up
- Occasional Homework help
- Wash and prepare bottles
- Restock nursery
- Creating and maintaining supportive, engaging, and challenging environment
- Overnight care and possible travel as needed
Household responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Unloading/loading dishwasher
- Children’s laundry
- Children’s meals
- Toy organization and rotation
- Assist other household staff and family as needed
- Light housekeeping (putting away the children’s dishes from the dishwasher and assisting the children in cleaning up after themselves etc.)
- Running errands if needed
