Family First Household Staffing Agency is happily assisting a family in the South Park area of Charlotte, NC, in finding a long term, experienced nanny for their infant child, aged 19  weeks at start. They do have a beagle buddy, so their nanny must love dogs!

This position starts May 31st. They are offering $23-$28/hour. Care will be needed on a flexible basis. They will guarantee 40 hours a week. Their nanny will work for about 20 days a month, with a schedule given a few months in advance. Please note that with advance notice they may need help on some holidays and weekends. Mom and dad are physicians, and mom works 13-15 overnight shifts a month, and will be asleep in the home during the day.

Both mom and dad are looking for a truly collaborative, team-playing nanny, as they learn to navigate parenthood. They are open to learning different parenting styles and methods, but ultimately are looking to raise a kind, cultured, and independent child.  They are looking for someone who can bring a calm, supportive presence to their home, while also coming to the table with the knowledge and experience necessary for ensuring their child will thrive. Currently, their baby has reflux, and likes to be held. Their nanny should be comfortable with reflux infants and like babywearing.

They are requesting additional help with minor meal prep as well.

Their ideal candidate would be one who is able to inspire their child in independence, art, music, and academics as they grow and develop into their own person. They are a tight knit family and are excited at the prospect of bringing someone new on their team! They would like their nanny to be COVID and health conscious, non-smoker, and come from a smoke free home.

If you are a calm, collaborative, and experienced nanny, we would love for you to apply!
