Family First Household Staffing Agency is happy to help a family located in Davidson, NC, in finding a long term, easy going nanny for their new family! They do have a small dog that requires walks 1-2x/day that their nanny will be responsible for.
This position starts in January of 2023. Care will be needed from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional 7am-7pm shifts, given in advance. They are offering 40 hours a week and $25 an hour for a nanny that has a sense of humor, can roll with the punches, and is knowledgeable in infant care and childhood development. Mom is a doctor, and dad works from home. Their career schedules mean they may be around the house sometimes, so the nanny must be comfortable with this. They travel often as a family, so this position presents opportunities for travel with the family.
They are looking to raise a kind, loving, and good human. Their ideal nanny would be one that is able to facilitate their child exploring and learning the world around them, as well as experiencing different lifestyles, cultures, and languages. If you speak a second language, that would be a plus! A nanny that is able to go with the flow, be easy going, and help mom and dad figure out routines and schedules, while gently ushering them into first-time parenthood, would be an amazing fit!

Childcare duties:
- Keeping play and common areas tidy
- Restocking nursery
- Preparing and Sanitizing bottles
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining a schedule and routine
- Communication with parents
- Meeting basic needs of child
- Creating an engaging and developmentally appropriate environment
- Keeping the child on track developmentally
- Fostering a nurturing and safe environment
Household Duties;
- Child’s laundry
- Loading and Unloading the dishwasher
- Taking the dog out 1-2 x/day
Requirements:
- Communicative
- At least 3+ years of infant experience
- CPR and First Aid certified
- COVID and TDAP Vaccine
- Must be fluent in English
- Legally permitted to work in United States
- Must be at least 21
- Be willing to undergo a nationwide background check if hired
