About Our Family:
We are a close-knit, active family seeking a dedicated and energetic nanny for our two young children, ages 4 and 1.5. Our household also includes five beloved dogs. We value kindness, good manners, and fostering independence in our children. We enjoy spending quality time together, traveling, and engaging in outdoor activities.
Children:
- Our 4 years old is energetic, smart, and talkative. Loves outdoor play and hands-on activities. Currently working on alphabet, numbers, and managing emotions.
- Our 1.5 years old is quiet, easygoing, and still nursing. Enjoys cartoons, stuffed animals, and messy play. Focus on weaning, developing dexterity, and learning colors, animals, and numbers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and engaging care for both children
- Assist with educational activities, focusing on areas of development for each child
- Plan and supervise outdoor activities, including swimming (strong swimming skills required)
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including children’s laundry, organizing playthings, and kitchen cleanup
- Assist with errands and appointments as needed
- Be willing to travel with the family occasionally
- Maintain open communication with parents about children’s progress and any concerns
- Adhere to and reinforce family values and disciplinary approaches
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong swimming skills
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to manage and engage high-energy children
- Experience with or willingness to learn natural hair care
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable around large dogs
- have at least 5 years of professional, full time & recent experience working as a nanny
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records

- Our home includes a swimming pool and five dogs (three XL bullies, one English bulldog, and one micro bully)
- Mother works from home and may need assistance with errands
- Candidate should be comfortable with occasional school drop-offs and pick-ups
- Dad works in the sports industry desecration is important
