For instance, milk is commonly found in dairy products, baked goods, and processed foods. If you are allergic to nuts Oatly, Ripple, and Pacific Foods offer nut free milk options. Our favorite dairy free alternatives for yogurt are coconut based and are Cocoyo and Culina. They are super simple and have amazing probiotics!
