Family First Household Staffing Agency is happily assisting a new family of three in south Charlotte, NC, in finding a long term, loving nanny for their three month old infant. They have one dog. This position starts on December 5th, 2022. Care is needed Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm (or 8-5.) They are offering $25 an hour and 50 hours a week for a caregiver that is engaging, experienced, and knowledgeable. They are a type A family that values routine, organization, and dependability. They enjoy traveling and trying new foods, but in general, they are an introverted couple. Their nanny does not need to be introverted, however, needs to be understanding of their personalities. Someone who is bubbly and easy going may be a good fit, to help balance the family unit. While it is not a requirement, they would love for their nanny to have Montessori experience, and overall are interested in child-led play and development as their baby grows. Someone who is experienced with infants and first time parents would be great. Bonus points if you can come into the home with respectful communication and education on different child-rearing methods. Childcare Duties Include: Feeding infant Washing and Sanitizing bottles Keeping infant on track developmentally as they grow Prioritizing the development, engagement, and safety of the child Meal prep (for child as they grow) Changing diaper pail Restocking nursery Changing crib and changing mat sheets Infants laundry Developing and implementing age appropriate schedules, activities, and routines.
