Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family located in the Elizabeth area of Charlotte, North Carolina in finding a long-term nanny for their 2 month old son. They are looking for someone integrated in the Charlotte nanny community, as they are new to the area. As a family they hope to find a nanny to grow with their family for many years to come.
This position starts ASAP, but they are willing to wait for their perfect fit nanny. The day starts at 7:30am and ends at 6:30pm, Monday through Friday guaranteeing 55 hours per week. They are offering $20-$25 an hour for an exceptional career nanny with 5 years of recent in home nanny experience. Once things settle down, there will be opportunities for overnights and traveling with their son, as the parents typically travel for work. Please note that the mom works from home and the nanny will need to be open to working as a team if mom is around.
They are excited to bring a nanny into their home who is inclusive to different child care philosophies and lifestyles. They are laid back and kind, but it is important to them that their nanny picks up after themselves and their baby. They would love for their nanny to create structure and lessons for their son as he grows. It is important to them that their son meet other children and engage in playdates in the area.
Their perfect fit nanny is one who is proactive, high-energy, knowledgable and reliable. They have a swimming pool in their backyard, and would love for their nanny to be comfortable swimming with their child. They are an active and adventurous family who would value a nanny with the same spirit. Their idea of a great time is hiking with their son or traveling to Hawaii.
They are happy to invite a nanny into their home who is an open communicator and can take the lead if any issues arise. They are looking for someone who is structured but also nurturing, and has a fundamental understanding of childhood development. The family lives in a smart home, so it is vital that their nanny be tech-savvy. The mother speaks Mandarin, so priority will be given to those that also speak Mandarin, but anyone with a second language is encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Have five recent years of nanny experience with infants
- Be an exceptional swimmer and willing to travel
- Be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Be at least 21 years of age
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
