Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, NC, in finding their first nanny/home educator for their two curious children ages six and eight.
This position will start after the Holidays and will go through June, with the possibility to extend based on virtual school decisions. The nanny’s schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9am-2pm. The family is offering $18-20 an hour guaranteeing 25 hours per week for a kind, structured, and engaging nanny with leadership skills and a fun personality who can focus on the kids and their growth. Both mom and dad work from home, so their nanny must be comfortable with others in the home during work hours.
The family is eager to bring a nanny into their home who will facilitate online learning provided by their regular school. Their children should be well rounded in all educational subjects, and expected to maintain respect and manners within the home. The family is new to the area, and need someone in their home who will bring a sense of consistency and peace into the lives of their children. Their ideal candidate is someone who is forthcoming, easy going, and values open communication.
Their perfect fit nanny is one that realizes life has it’s bumps, and can effectively and respectfully model management tools their children can use as they grow up. It is important that their nanny foster a sense of responsibility and independence in their children, while still providing hands on and engaging care. Their goal is to see their children be inspired and motivated by daily life. They value consistency and respect in their home. It is also important that their candidate is following CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19.

Household responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Meal prep for the children
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have at least three years of professional, recent experience working as a nanny
- Be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
