Charlotte Family Seeking Infant Nanny

Location: Uptown Charlotte 

Experience: 3+ years

Compensation: $25-$28 an hour

Hours: Monday – Thursday 9-2pm

Family First is happily assisting a family located in Uptown Charlotte, in finding a temporary nanny (willing to extend for the right person) for their daughter, age 6 weeks. 

This position starts ASAP and would end 18 weeks after the start date. Care is needed Monday through Thursday 9-2pm. They are offering $25-$28 an hour and 20 hours a week for a nanny that is nurturing and attentive. 

Mom is a body builder and dad works outside of the home. They enjoy traveling both domestically and internationally and would love a nanny that is open to traveling with them in the future. 

They are working on getting into their new routine as parents and welcome any gentle and respectful guidance. They would like their nanny to focus on their infants hunger, sleep, and stimulation cues and main goal is to create a healthy routine as well as transition their daughter to her own bassinet/crib during this time. 

They value health, wellness, routine, family, collaboration and communication and are looking for someone to take their daughter on little adventures to places like my gym and more! If you are an attentive, routine driven nanny, we would love for you to apply! 

Duties include: 

• Prioritizing the development and safety of the child 
• Restocking nursery 
• Washing and sanitizing breast pumps and bottles 
• Changing the diaper pail 
• Changing crib and changing mat sheets 
• Developing and implementing age appropriate schedules, activities, and routines

Requirements: 

• At least 21 years of age 
• At least 3 years of professional, in home nanny experience 
• Willing to undergo an extensive background check 
• Legally allowed to work in the U.S. 
• CPR and First Aid Certified 
• Speaks English Fluently 
• Communicative 
• Calm
• Knowledgeable
