If you’re the kind of nanny who loves building block towers on the living room floor, exploring parks, blowing bubbles, and helping children discover the world around them, keep reading.

Family First is assisting a high-profile family in SouthPark in their search for an experienced, engaging, and proactive nanny to become an important part of their growing family. Their bright and adventurous 13-month-old daughter keeps life exciting, and with a new baby arriving this fall, they are looking for a professional caregiver who can provide exceptional support during this exciting season of life.

This is a long-term opportunity for a nanny who genuinely enjoys being present with children, values collaboration with parents, and takes pride in creating meaningful childhood experiences while helping a busy household run smoothly.

About the Family

This family describes themselves as kind, easygoing, and collaborative. They value open communication, mutual respect, and building a strong partnership with the person caring for their children. Mom is home full-time with the children and would love a nanny who is naturally outgoing, confident, and enjoys creating opportunities for socialization, enrichment, and adventure.

Their daughter is curious, energetic, and eager to explore the world around her. Whether she’s pointing out trees on a walk, chasing bubbles in the backyard, or discovering something new at the playground, she approaches each day with enthusiasm and wonder. The family prioritizes hands-on learning, outdoor play, creativity, meaningful interaction, and limited screen time.

With a second baby due in November, they are hoping to find a nanny who can confidently support both children while working alongside the parents as they transition into life as a family of four. They are looking for someone who values open communication, teamwork, flexibility, and building a trusting long-term relationship.

The family believes in respectful, responsive parenting and values kindness, curiosity, outdoor exploration, creativity, and meaningful connection. They hope to find a nanny who will become a trusted partner in helping their children grow into confident, compassionate, and curious individuals.

The family also has three friendly dogs who are very much a part of the household. No pet care will be expected, but candidates should be comfortable working in a home with dogs.

Because of the family’s lifestyle and privacy needs, the selected candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Discretion, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality are essential.

The family also has a swimming pool on the property, so a confident swimmer with strong water safety awareness is strongly preferred.

This role is ideal for a nanny who loves engaging with young children, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and is excited about growing alongside a wonderful family during an important chapter in their lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your primary focus will always be providing attentive, engaged care for the family’s children. During naps or other downtime, the family appreciates a nanny who naturally takes initiative with child-related household organization that helps the home function smoothly.

Please note that this is not a housekeeping position. Childcare will always be the priority, and household support is only expected when the children’s needs have been met.
