Full-Time Nanny Wanted in Tampa, FL!
Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00/9 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility for weekends/overnights/travel)
Pay: $28–$30/hour DOE + overtime
Start Date: ASAP – when we find the right fit!
About the Family
Meet a loving, upbeat family of four relocating from Charlotte to Tampa! With two joyful, energetic littles—an almost 3-year-old Disney princess-in-training and an adventurous 18-month-old toddler who always has a ball in hand—this family is seeking an experienced, emotionally-attuned nanny to join their team.
Their days are filled with outdoor play, Disney singalongs, creative learning, swim & tennis lessons, and tons of heart. They value structure, consistency, and gentle guidance—with room for laughter, spontaneity, and grace.
They’re hoping to find someone already connected in the Tampa area who can bring a calm, steady, joyful presence into their children’s lives.
The Ideal Nanny Will Be…
A dependable, proactive professional who’s ready to become a trusted part of this family’s rhythm and routine. You’ll lead with love, curiosity, and patience, while planning playful learning moments and supporting developmental milestones.
Responsibilities include:
• Creating fun, age-appropriate, play-based activities
• Prepping and serving healthy meals/snacks
• Driving to lessons and local adventures (family car provided!)
• Coordinating playdates and outdoor time
• Light tidying of children’s spaces and keeping routines flowing
• Traveling with the family or providing overnight care (with notice)
Qualifications:
3+ years recent professional nanny experience Confident caring for two under age 3 CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to get) Valid driver’s license + clean driving record Legal to work in the U.S. Fully vaccinated (Flu, MMR, TDAP) Fluent in English Emotionally intelligent, reliable, and playfulCompensation & Perks:
• $28–$30/hour DOE
• 10 paid vacation days
• 5 paid sick days
• Paid federal holidays (when they fall on a scheduled day)
