What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a professional nanny who is confident, collaborative, and genuinely enjoys being part of a family team. Someone who:
- Is available three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) to start.
- Brings engaging ideas for activities and outings while staying attuned to our parenting approach.
- Focuses on child-related care (we have a housekeeper for other tasks).
- Values open, honest communication and partnership.
- Uses their “whole tool belt” when it comes to soothing, teaching, and supporting development.
A Day in the Life
Your role will be centered on loving, engaging care for our twins, including:
- Feeding, naps, and interactive play.
- Planning enriching outings—library story time, playgroups, walks to the park, and more (we’ll provide resources and support).
- Keeping the twins on track and focusing on key development milestones
- Helping us with meal prep and introducing solids (your coaching is welcome!).
- Light child-related tidying (we keep things organized and easy to manage).
- Supporting our gentle, intuitive parenting style with flexibility in the moment.
Our Values

Above all, we’re looking for someone who embodies patience, curiosity, has the ability to embrace the unexpected and is open to a collaborative approach to helping us raise our children.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent in home nanny experience
- Significant infant care experience (twins/multiples highly valued).
- Up-to-date on CDC standard vaccinations (including Tdap + COVID).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-player mindset.
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to undergo a national background and motor vehicle report.
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$35/hr, based on experience.
- 10 days paid vacation, 3–5 paid sick days, and paid holidays
- Guaranteed hours, gas reimbursement and overtime if applicable
