About the Family
Both parents maintain full professional schedules, with the father working full-time outside the home and the mother working a hybrid schedule from both the office and a dedicated home workspace. They value open communication, honorable intentions, and leading by example, and are thoughtful about creating a respectful, collaborative environment with their nanny.
They are an outdoorsy, hands-on family who believes in learning by doing—getting outside, exploring nature, staying curious, and allowing children to touch, feel, and experience the world around them. Teaching emotional awareness, kindness, and offering the benefit of the doubt are important pillars in their home.
Cooking and baking are a big part of family life, and they enjoy spending time together over good food and meaningful conversation. The family hopes to grow in the future and is looking for a nanny open to building a long-term working relationship.
The household includes a friendly black Labrador retriever. No pet care is required beyond the occasional backyard potty break (fenced yard).

- Light clean-up related to baby care (bottles, meals, toys, baby areas)
- Infants laundry (Wash, dry, fold, put away)
- Maintaining a calm, nurturing, and organized environment
- Respecting family privacy, including no sharing of photos or information on social media
