Location:  Charlotte, NC, 28211

Family First is happily assisting a family of four located in the Cotswold area of Charlotte, NC, in finding a long term, active nanny for their two boys, ages 2, 3.5.and baby to be born in January. 

This position starts November 6, 2023, but they are willing to have an earlier start date for the right fit. Care is needed from 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday, guaranteeing 40 hours per week, and offering $30-$34 an hour. In the fall, the boys will be in school Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in the mornings. Mom typically works from home in a separate space, but will occasionally work out of the home as well. 

Their 3.5 year old is sweet, loving, and curious. He loves to read, listen to music, and do art. Their youngest child is full of energy, enjoys outdoor play, and loves to explore. Both boys thrive off of a consistent, calm, and loving caregiver who can set boundaries when appropriate. They would love for their nanny to plan a mix of activities for their children inside and outside of the home. 

Their ideal nanny is one who can fit into the rhythm of the family and help make the day to day run more smoothly. Is one who can be a balancing team player and can assist them in raising their children to be independent, kind, and respectful. They need someone who is responsible, kind, reliable, and a good communicator. They value the little things and simple joys in life, and want a nanny who is collaborative and positive.

Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid Certified
• COVID Vaccine required
• Must have experience with infants
• Must be fluent in English
• be legally permitted to work in the United States
• be at least 21 years of age
• have at least 3 years of professional, recent experience working as a nanny
• be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
