Family First Household Staffing Agency is assisting a family who is relocating to Charlotte in finding a long term live in or live out nanny to grow with their family. They are located in Myers Park and are in search of a loving and creative nanny for their thoughtful and intuitive 6 year old daughter and adventurous 3 year old daughter. It is important that their nanny be flexible, reliable, patient and adaptable.
The start date is July 27, 202o. As a live in, the hours would be 7:30-9:30am and 11:30-7pm Monday-Friday, guaranteeing 50 hours per week. As a live out the hours would be 8am-6pm. They are offering $18 per hour plus benefits for a nanny with a minimum of three years in home nanny experience. The live in nanny will have a large private room with a sitting area, love seat, TV and en suite bathroom on the second floor.
The girls love to play dress up, read, swim, ride bikes, play with legos and really enjoy baking and cooking. The ideal candidate will be creative, artistic, willing to suggest and play fun activities based off the girls personalities and what they enjoy. This family prefers that the children have little to no screen time and are looking for a nanny that is imaginative and comfortable focusing and engaging with the children through out the day without screen time. Their previous nanny was with them for 6 years and was very engaged with the nanny and parent community in their town. They would love for their new nanny to set up playdates with other local nannies to create socialization for their girls.
Both parents work remotely and will need a nanny who is comfortable caring for the girls without guidance while they are in their home offices. Both parents value schedules for their children, are detail oriented and organized but their goal for hiring a nanny is to create a long lasting and healthy relationship with their nanny and children. They would love for their nanny to grow with their family for many years to come and are looking for their next forever nanny.

Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- be a great swimmer
- be legally permitted to work in the United States
- be at least 21 years of age
- have at least three years of professional, recent experience working as a nanny
- be able to pass a government background check if hired, including sex offender, criminal, county, and state, DMV records
